If she got evicted then yes, obviously hasn't paid rent for quite a while.
But I was talking about a much earlier stage, when the shop was still running with several MLs and still had some potential, but when it was already more than obvious that the business owner had neither capabilities nor lasting interest to run the shop consistently well.
Perhaps around the time when Holly left.
I don't know who owns the real estate, but if it were me, I'd probably be reluctant to lease it out to a 'massage' business again, if there are other options.
So by the looks of it we've lost what could have been one of the top places on the north side.
