These psychological tactics will only work on guys who are not used to getting attention from girls. So these girls love-bomb these guys. They make him feel wanted & needed. They know it will allow them to get easier access to his wallet.
Thai girls do the exact same thing.
These girls know who their targets are. Lonely, older, ugly, fat bald men who don't get much attention from women. Basically very Low-Value men.
