Re looks, wow, this is very hard to answer, even impossible. Depends what you like. I find both of them very attractive.

Katie: Young, pretty and cute as fuck, close to tiny Maid Cafe Cute with a huge smile, which she uses frequently.

Viona: Not necessarily the young cute style, but definitely young and pretty and very interactive in the room. I think Viona has a few ARs and comments similar to mine.

Depending on your taste and preferences, you probably would find both pretty. I highly doubt if you would be disappointed with either of them and most likely, enjoy them both as both are pretty and both give great service.
