She is new, and her massage skills and English may still be a bit awkward, but she is hardworking and cute, and we’ve already received good feedback from other customers about her.
I sent you a text stating that I would re-train her in massage techniques, and while I cannot provide training on anything related to extras,I will take your feedback seriously and pass your concerns on to her in order to improve the situation.
However, you claimed that “no resolution was offered” and that there was “only accusation” based on what I wrote.
Wouldn’t you consider my text message a resolution?
It seems that you focused only on the negative parts of my message and completely overlooked the important points.
I’m truly disappointed.
When I gave you a massage the first time, you told me you wanted to support my business.
I considered you a valued customer.
I know you tried booking a few times afterword, but shop was busy you could not get spot. But since then, you never visited again — and now, after finally returning once, just because one girl didn’t suit your preferences, you went out of your way to leave feed back not only on Aust99, but also a 1-star rating on Google Reviews?
It seems that you have already left a 1-star review on at least four massage shops on Google.
Do you really think that was a mature response?
We are all human — we make mistakes.
Life could be a little easier if you chose to be more understanding, rather than being unnecessarily harsh toward massage shops.
Actually, your feedback email ended up in my spam folder (probably because your email address looked like a random or autogenerated one).
For that, I owe you an apology.
Hopefully , you can find someone who truly satisfies you, Good luck
