Star Cherry Bad experience

I'm not sure why I'm bother entering this fray.
I'm a customer to now 4 shops. Along the way I've dropped some previous regular shops because standards dropped, MLs high turn over, ML very low turn over, shops living off past reputations, and yes bad interactions with MLs. I usually give them a few chances. I tell the owner/manager, and they normally apologise and try setting up a "better" girl. I've been trained on which I enjoyed, and I've had "superstars" that were duds or overpriced leaving me disappointed. I've mentioned some in the past on the forum as well as in PM'S.
I think I am fussy. I pay good money and expect a certain level of service. That does not mean fs or bbbj every single time. Nor do I expect the ML to give me an intimate PS or GF experience every time.
I do expect the girl to look a certain way based on photo, description or recommendation. If the owner says she is inexperienced, then I lower my expectations but also not pay 5 pines.
Some punters prefer to just duck around, just another fussy to pump, other punters want to feel some connectivity. Some want different compared to home others want to feel like a stud. We all have different reasons.
Poppy as an ML, has been around for a long time to know this, including customers who just want to talk. Poppy as a shop owner is still new, and I'm sure what she envisioned and what some of her loyal punters and defenders say has made her defend her "baby" the way she has. Considering the turnover of MLs in her shop, training beyond massage is essential. If Poppy really wants to be the best around, an extras menu for each girl would go a long way, as well as skill or experience level. If that is too hard go the gold, diamond packages like in some brothels.
As much as I like Poppy the ML, Poppy the owner needs to relax. Defending her shop and MLs on here hasn't reflected well either. Take the good with the bad. Overall most punters have been very positive to Star and most of the girls. No shop has a roster full of diamonds. BTW well said FredWard63
Personally from what i know, VFlowers has been around for a while. I've had nothing but pleasant intersections with him over PM and on this forum, even if we don't always agree on things. He has every right to express himself like blutea before him and others. It's not malicious and he is and has a right. He has previously defended MLs rights on here. Now he is just defending the punter's rights.
And finally, Cherry, I love that name. Reminds me of Cherry/Vanilla. I'm sure the Star Cherry will either get better, change shops, retire, but if you stay on, please change your name, maybe Lemon.

This would be the best way for operators to manage their new staff - and ideally, let people know at the time of booking, not once you’ve driven 30min and handed over the shop fee. The Punter can then either adjust their expectations prior to the session, choose someone else or go elsewhere.

My experience was NOT with Cherry. I have since opened a new review thread for the girl I saw.
I only used this thread, because it was here that Poppy attacked another user for not contacting her first after he had a similar experience at her shop. Well, I did and you've all read the rest.

Users, who don't like me or my posts have various very simple options: Don't read and scroll past them. Or, even better, put me on your ignore list, that's what it's there for. Click on my name next to one of my posts, click or tap 'view profile', and then under my avatar picture, click the second option 'Add to Ignore List'. And you will never see any of my posts again.

No, unfortunately, I don’t know of any shops that have a roster full of Sunny’s and Fairy’s standard… but I wasn’t implying on bringing their tier 2 girls up to Sunny and Fairy standard, but simply bring them up to an acceptable standard. A standard that isn’t a terrible massage followed by equally terrible service by a girl that can’t even maintain some acceptable level of grooming (notably, a 10 day growth on the cooch that felt like 20 grit sandpaper rubbing across your skin). All whilst expecting the same payment as a lady that provides very good service. Perhaps management everywhere should implement apprentice rates… until the girl provides a good service they get less pay, just like everyone else in the world.

To be fair, there is one or two other girls at Acqua that are acceptable. But a large majority of Acqua’s new girls over the last several months have been average at best and quite a few have been awful. If it was just one or two over a period of time, you would let it go and not make comment - as is typical across the board, you get below average at all shops. But it seems to be very poor recruiting and training (or lack of) from management’s behalf over a period of time… which seems suitable for this thread.

Just vote with your feet (or money!) and go elsewhere. Best way to drive change is $$$
