Good to hear you've turned things around, but just a heads-up: Joy still has friends at T5, so calling her a "deranged psychopath" probably won’t do you any favours with them.

Also, probably best to leave Chloe out of it. No need to bring her or her level of service into the mix — that wasn’t really relevant to the discussion.
