Fair enough mate. I haven't had too much trouble getting a booking several days in advance, or even a day or two in advance if I'm flexible with time, yeah, probably a different story if you're not in a position to be flexible and relying on public transport. Pyrmont is certainly not that easy for public transport, but you know the Petersham shop is like 5 minutes walk from a train station and there's a bus stop right outside the front door, right? Risa is more often rostered at Pyrmont though.
