1. Japanese girls do not make as much working in Tokyo shops as they do in Sydney shops, with the same number of men. In Australia, they are "premium" product and get much more.
2. They actually like to travel, and they fund their trips plus save money to take back home.

It's a simple cost/benefit analysis for these girls. Remember, in Japan, most of the girls look like the ones you pay $300+ for in Australia. Nothing special about them.

When I was in Japan this year, I paid about half the amount we would pay here. Our prices are definitely premium for the selection we get.
