It's the one in Surrey hills which is pretty much in the city. With bookings the rosters usually come out for the following day at about 6pm so thats the earliest you can book someone. For example at 6pm I'd look at roster for tomorow and see who's on and call up to make a booking.

I think Misha was on at GC on Tuesday, but I might not have remembered it correctly. If you check the "Girls" page both of them are there.
I have seen Hibiki....a good number of times lol she is super service orientated definitely a professional in her field. Bubbly personality and always high energy.
