PERHAPS it's an inclusive shop, HE included. With MY math, $120 - $50 HE = $70/45 minutes shop fee. So an extra $100 for NHJ (assuming) and CBJ not exactly OTT, though that's my 60 minute standard. Perhaps a Y&C (young and cute) surcharge.
