I have always thought that the sexual services should be at the start of the session, then after you can lay back and enjoy the massage and relax.

face it, how many of us need to be "warmed up" by a bit of TT, and some "accidental" pressing of their thigh against your hand... most of us walk in the room with half a hard on and we are ready to go about 2 mins into the session

the obvious issue would be the ML's enthusiasm if she has already provided extras and been paid !
