I normally take $250 in cash for extras. Recently I've tried some new girls and had some excellent sessions. A few of them have agreed to $250 FS (which is think is generous) but said they normally charge $300. I'll find it very difficult to return to these girls as I have some top performers who only charge $200 and some $250. I would hate to think girls are now gonna be pushing for $300.

If you want a market comparable to Sydney, you need to do YOUR PART.
The asking price is based on supply and demand, and on the ignorance of the punter. I think there is a shortage of good shops, hence they charge what they like. And as we live in an affluent society, most pay what is asked anyway.
We all report on great girls. Why not report on good value for money and so remove the "ignorance" part of the equation.
People need to have price discipline, but also some ladies ARE worth paying more for.
Its fine to have a set rule of paying no more than 200/250 or whatever, but what if you see a genuine stunner?

My view on prices is that they are moderating. A girl I saw a year ago was asking $350 for FS on top of shop fee. I declined. I ran into her on a random shop visit earlier this month and now her extras were $250. Same oily body, same tight pussy.
Korean honey I saw recently agree to $200 for her extras.
The reason these girls cut their prices is because the demand at the higher levels is not there. So in Ponopono situation the girl didn't have any better offer and reality sets in.
Also there is the time factor involved. If you are paying $200 for 10 minutes of rushed FS at the end of a 40 minute massage that is crazy. Ask for extras up front and you are in charge of how long extras can take. I simply negotiate extras at the start and know what I'm in for.
And most shops these days have multiple girls and there is always another shop not too far away.
I have been a bit tempted to try 4 hands, but not sure what's the pricing like for the extras? Is it going to be double standard pricing?
Does 4 hands apply to extras as well? I was under the impression it’s only for the massage part.
You will typically pay double for the "entry" (massage) fee - and then can negotiate with each girl for the extras - for example, one of the ladies might only do massage and hj and the other might do fs, so you might need to add whatever the hj fee is for the first lady and whatever the fs fee is for the second lady. That is a real example based on what my local ML shop does

Should 4 hands really cost two times the shop fee? You are only using the same one room for the same one hour.

A local ML shop I go to has a very slight discount (perhaps 5 or 10 dollars) for doubles, but essentially, I guess it is more about the use of the girls rather than the use of the room, and it simply seems to be the way things are done in most shops. It seems some customers are still willing to fork out a lot of money for this experience lol

You are seeing TWO girls, so twice the shop fee. Once for each girl.
With two girls in with you, they cant see another customer. Another room will be empty etc etc
According to various academic institutions I kind of am but I'm not perfect.
Aurora Massage Toowong has 3 rooms (I think). I often see 6-7 girls on the roster or see a parade of 5 girls when I go. Looks to be a surplus of girls over rooms. Punters enjoy having a choice. Putting that surplus to use is the 4 hand massage.
What percentage of the shop fee goes to the girls? Why would a girl take part in a four hand massage if as described, one girl gets the FS fee and one girl gets the HJ extras fee. It has to be a positive incentive for everyone as the shop will have less choice available for the next punter.
While Aurora might have a spare room if two of the girls are in a four hand massage, that room now has an opportunity to service the next punter with one of the other available girls.
I use Aurora as an example as they have been mentioned with Sasa encouraging guys to try four hands next time.
From what I know the boss takes a big cut from the room rate but doesn’t touch the extras. So a ML will want to offer extra services to make a proper living out of this short lived job.
Just to clarify - in the example I mentioned, the girl who got the HJ fee opted to do HJ by choice - she generally does not offer FS as a service, so she is more than happy to just do the HJ while the other girl gives FS. Both girls will get roughly 30% of the shop fee plus whatever they agree on for extras.
