Hey man, I never went to Masstige8 back in the day so can't give you a fair comparison, but can give you seem details on 121.
Pretty new shop, good fitout, with a big and reasonably nice waiting room and three service rooms. All rooms are new and clean with big showers and solid beds - Room 1 is a large room and the nicest, rooms 2 and 3 are a bit smaller and not as nice but still ok.
