I rocked up to a booking last month for Hana and this exact situation played out. I was on time and the young guy looked at me surprised that I had a booking with her as the customer just extended. He was only 5 minutes into his extension so got told to end his session.

There is nothing sinister here, Nana handles the bookings and relays the information to the young guy, so if there was a miscommunication then this situation would happen. I imagine its not that uncommon.
