    Your T levels may or may not be low! Even though you might be within the reference range, it may be sufficient for you. One can always improve other variables first, sleep, diet, training volume/ intensity etc. However it’s close to impossible to have everything dialled in whilst having a full time job, social life. Trt is still quite outdated in Aus. Hence a lot of people including myself rely on Underground. It’s the same things minus the costs/ waiting times etc. feel free to DM me if you’d like to discuss more.

    I suppose you know already the natural way to rise your T levels with good sleep, specific exercise [ sprinting, weights etc.] and specific supplements but have a look to Peptides, are the future and personally I am using it. - Also will be great if you do the genetic methylation test.

    I went to the docs and he advised me to not do TRT, but rather take the more holistic approach. So underground TRT is next steps for me or Peps. Ill see what the costs are and perform some due diligence research before jabbing anything.

    Im on TRT at the moment. Fuck its been a game changer. Apart from looking better, im sharper in work, more motivated to get things done and more open to self improvements. And sex drive is through the roof. Almost every night boners are super hard like as if I was back in my 20s

    Finally jumped on TRT. Mood is like 10x way better. I agree SydOz with all your statements, im looking forward to seeing how much more effective this new found focus and drive will produce.

    Also I just found out my mentor who is 10 years my senior is also on TRT, and he's killing it in his industry

    Definitely lethargic and even though training 4-5 days a week plus walking and eating healthy still doesn’t feel great nor can I maintain the muscle or strength, not to mention the mind isn’t great, all part of the aging process I know but definitely doesn’t have to be that way, at 57 don’t wanna stay this way & so fuck it gotta try something

    That’s great it helped! I’ve seen a lot mentioned on TikTok including peptide stacks and the new weight loss one retatrutide.

    At present I’ve been lucky at my age not to need anything but I’d snap it up straight away if I did.

    Your quite lucky if you don't need to be on it. Seriously it sucks bro. Its like getting into a street fight with 1 arm tied behind your back. With TRT its like having arms back and with knuckle dusters on each hand.

    There's all these studies that in last 10-20 years that the male average natural testosterone levels have decreased year on year. Bigger house, partners being more needy to luxury lifestyle, social media showing off and comparing lifestyle, newer and more expensive cars, bills and more bills, etc etc.

    Who takes care of making money. Fucking male do. You hear it all the time, women cleaning out dudes after divorce and shit. Their kids being real scum bags and being entitled. Usually the males of the family gots to deal with shit like this also.

    Also, once on TRT, did I read that you need to continue and can't just stop it?

    Dudes who get get off it cold Turkey go through a wave of different emotions and if not managed well, can fall into depression. So managing diet, natural supplementation, sleep and exercise is key. It can last months and it can feel like an eternity when your mood, drive, and your will is super low.

    Im only on cruising dosages and if I did want to get off it, the disparity of test levels is something still manageable. If anything my natural T levels is most likely increasing as im on TRT. Less stress, eating cleaner and achieving my targets provides me overall less which equals to far less cortisol levels which in turn increases my own natural T levels.

    What's the cost and are you using the cream or needles? I know there's some places in the east that have a moneyback guarantee if you don't have a low enough level to be eligible for TRT.

    I’m twenty years older than you and take no medication for anything, still wake up hard and control when I cum. Hence I can stay hard, bang multiple women at once and do just that regularly. In fact since I was 22 I’ve always had multiple girlfriends (four) at once plus punted. Nothings changed fourty years later except the shops have changed owners or closed, the women have moved on but I’m still doing it.

    I work longer hours than you which I like doing as I cannot stop, can’t sit still, only stop to sleep or sit down for a meal if I’m dating someone, other than that it’s no sit down meal as I’m always moving. Normally I fast 20-22 hours a day, no breakfast, no lunch, only dinner.

    I thought I was fast on my feet then I saw an 80 year old guy jogging between places as he worked, yes worked. I thought if that guy can do it so can I. He’s 80, had his teeth done, some cosmetic surgery is super fit, good looking and chasing younger women. Fit old guys have to bang younger pussy because women our age are not up to our standard. Very few of them are self motivated.

    I take sex as a sport and I want to be my best at it and am constantly improving myself. It’s not a whimsical spur of the moment oh I’ve got some money to blow choice. It’s planned and with a definite outcome in mind, I already know what I’m going to do before I enter the premises and of course with who.

    Nothing is left as a variable, but that’s how I run my life, I make all the choices.
