Same for me, the side effects of nausea, red face/flushing, and light sensitivity all receded over time as my body got used to using the blue pill/V.
The feelings never totally went away tho until I switched to gel format delivery, aka kamagra, which had the added benefit of faster takeup, and at least for me a much longer remaining active period for the gel than for the tablet, which was great for extended play times when visiting Asia.
BTW, I didn't need it back a decade ago when I started using it, nor do I need it now.

50+ guy here, I generally take one 50mg viagra tablet when I want to blow twice or on the rare occasion, three times in one night. Headache, badly blocked nose, flushed face, thirsty and slight heart palpitations. First time I took it I thought I was going to have a heart attack!!!
I just pop the whole pill. 100mg. Usually already have 2-3 cans of beer in me plus I'm working out in my home gym before every punt.
As I go out to my punt I follow tru with another 2 cans. Time it so I fuck within 2 hrs of popping the pill. Cant punt being sober, just not my thing.
Side effects - only next day, mild headach usually.

I have been using Sildenafil-WGR 100mg manufactured by Wagner
I cut each tablet into four and take a quarter with two Panadol. No headaches at all, a little bit of flushing but it's way better than anything else I have tried.
A quarter is enough for a couple of shots in the evening and another the next morning.
Also very economical at $20 a box of 12.

Fuck it goes hard. Dunno why if its the same as Viagra. I just bite off half, let it dissolve on my tongue and swallow it. Hard as rock within 15-20 min and fuck for hours like that. It desensitises which is good cos can hold onto the first load longer.

Bro, there are so many factors that can make you "go harder" between taking V and any generic. Almost all of them have nothing to do with the drug itself. Eg. Your own physical condition at the time, girl quality, heck even GFE quality from the same girl can be different from one sesh to the next.
The one thing that might contribute purely from the drug itself is production quality. Pfizer being a properly regulated pharma co have to conform to certain production standards. Example, a centrifuge must be turned at least X number of times during production, or the pill filler must be composed only of a certain compound, etc. All this is to ensure that when you take a 100mg V pill, you really are only taking 100mg of Sildenafil Citrate, no more no less, and without any added "impurities".
A non-compliant pharma co might not have these rigorous production values, to a certain extent. Nobody's policing them. So what they do really depends on their "moral compass". A less ethical company might say, "if we turn the centrifuge Y less number of times than the required X, we save $XXX. So why not do it that way?". So they do that, and what you might end up with is a supposedly 100mg tab of Sildenafil Citrate containing anywhere between 50 - 150mg of it. Or you might have a 100mg tab with 80% of it concentrated on one side of the tab. Go figure.
TLDR: You pay more for branded drugs for the production values, not the actual drug itself. Only because they are being policed, otherwise they'll just be as greedy as any other generic drug maker.
