There is definitely a back door I use it every time I go lol. Super easy, you literally park and its like a 10m walk from the car park to their rear entrance.

Park behind wattyl paint in the car park via Fowler road and there is a little hallway on the left of Wattyl that leads to their rear door.

Press the bell and they open up for you.
