Anyway, legal or illegal, every person will go for it or not, up to them and then accept the consequences of it.

Just read the new law (or st least the explanatory notes that came with the new legislation.when tabled in Parliament) and forget quoting the old law. There's a fairly in depth analysis over on PP. You can also check the sex workers advocacy websites. It's legal now, but only when it's consensual.

And yes, even when illegal, SWs still.offered it and guys took it up.

There is no circumstance where unprotected sex for money is legal in Queensland.
It is not about consent, it is about the act of unprotected sex for payment.

Like all Laws, open to interpretation but for me it is clear.
I definitely do not want to be someone’s little bitch in prison so will avoid it
Is it illegal to bareback your little bitch in prison?

Law is to protect the sex worker for getting pregnant with no person to support the child

And correct, cannot be illegal to have unprotected sex with some random person
Since you are the legal expert, can you provide any recent legal cases that have gone to court over having unprotected sexual services since sex work laws changed recently?

This should help you back up your claims.

Never claim to be legal expert, just say how I see it and you can do what ever you want.
Personal view of mine to avoid being someone’s bitch in prison.

As stated in my first post, I googled and copy past the answer, so no legal expert.

This is governed by both the Prostitution Act and new consent laws that include a prohibition against "stealthing" (removing a condom without consent).
It is illegal: Section 77A of the Prostitution Act makes it an offense to perform sex work without a condom. It is also an offense for anyone to ask for or offer to perform sex work without a condom.
New consent laws: Queensland's new consent laws, which went into effect in September 2024, criminalize "stealthing," which is the non-consensual removal or tampering of a condom.
Worker safety: These laws are designed to protect the health and safety of sex workers and clients. The state has decriminalized sex work, but workplace health and safety laws still apply.
Legal advice: If you are unsure about your rights or responsibilities, you should seek legal advice. Organizations like Legal Aid Queensland, the Youth Advocacy Centre, and WorkSafe.qld.gov can provide information and support.
Are you aware that the Prostitution Act has been repealed in full?

Did you see my post where I stated where I got the info about this topic

    Use google and search

is it legal to provide unprotected sex in queensland

Then at the left corner click AI mode and you will see the text I copy and paste above

And like Pome stated I am no legal expert and never claim to be one.
I google, copy and paste like I mention in my post so no hiding or pretending, just stating what google, copy and paste provide.
Up to every and anyone’s view if they want to take the change or not

Sorry man, but relying on AI for anything is fraught. Like Wikipedia, it can be a good starting point, but you have to treat it with a grain of salt. And I certainly wouldn’t be relying on it for anything legal. Or even to win an argument.

If you’re doing BBFS sooner or later you’ll be picking up the gift that keeps on giving. Herpes is a nightmare. Even BBBJ is a huge risk of getting herpes but I’m guilty of paying for BBBJ. I can’t help myself.
You can imagine the girl blowing some other random dude with no condom with his pre cum coming out and literally sucking you off next. Sounds rotten but the small head wins every time.
