Thank you, all, for the replies. I think it is a "give it a miss" kind of shop. Will take my $$$ somewhere better in the area.
Sadly, the shop on Alexander St near the corner of Falcom -- which long ago was all Japanese -- has also come down a lot in quality and two of its "rooms" are separated only by a curtain.

We need shop owners to improve the quality of their rooms/facilities and girls.... But this might be wishful thinking.
