As long as they're not one of those cutthroat local operations like Pilot or Get Mosh or the ol GP-script and local pharma combo, the Gov ain't going to get their cut. And if the Gov can't get their cut, they ain't legit. Your package can be seized at customs and you'll be out of pocket. No matter how slick the operation looks like.
