OP here and I'm glad this thread was such a hit haha. Lots of amazing info. Tbh I wasn't really into the vibe of the shops in BKK. It all felt a little too...full on.
So instead I picked up a lovely local off one of the dating apps and fucked her brains out a few times. The price was some pina coladas and snacks at a bar haha...well plus all the time spent faffing about on the apps. But I consider it a win.
