gmno12345, nice AR. There IS a reason why Ice is legend, and it's not BS. She's been a tenured professor at Summerville for a long time, and Summer (mamasan) is careful of who she retains. There are tenured professors and guest lecturers, providing both static and variable choices. Summer herself will remember you, your types, what you like, offering good advice. She's looking for satisfied, repeat customers. For me, Summerville has it all: the rooms are great - like the en-suite bath, Summer is great, and she maintains good providers. Given a choice between shops where a provider works, I'll always see the provider at Summerville for the facilities.
