If a girl wants to vent to other girls in the staff room have at it, but to go to another customer and start providing details about other customers, breaches basic respect and privacy.

Not sure why this guys even ran here and acted so emotionally defending her too, is he her boyfriend or her pimp? pretty weird his just popped up like santa to defend her right after a bad review..... whatever the case all his done massively enflamed the situation badly, one bad review isn't the end of the world, but his just run in and poured gas on a tiny fire for no reason.
My ratio of good versus bad punts is probably 80% I've wasted my time money compared to the good the 20% is then it's been ok 15% to the remaining absolute greats.
Learn to live unless absolutely piss poor otherwise were talking about the obvious , some kiss some don't.
Some girls botch moan some want money upfront and don't deliver . Move on look for the 5%
