It's just a really odd review and I'm a little confused.
Could also be not the fault of the girl ie customer ignoring the buzzer or intentionally staying past the buzzer OP might of just been unlucky to be hit with the delay
Aside from the 15 mins thing, OP still shared his own personal experience and we shouldn’t be overly critical about it. Could have simply just been a bad/off day for the girl or whatever reason we don’t know. Whether the girl is good or not will reflect naturally with other reviews.
These defensive responses are what put off most punters from sharing ARs in the first place. At the end of the day, I’d rather read negative experiences that at least give you some insight rather than to have no ARs at all.

I'm all for negative reviews but they still have to be justified. Remember the one left about Honey that turned out to be bullshit. And speaking of Honey, I remember waiting 45 mins once and I fell asleep in the room and woke up to her gorgeous face smiling at me. I'll wait for that anyday lol. If one of the OPs cons was having to wait 15mins then he already had a negative mindset before the sesh had begun. She may have needed a quick bite. Who cares.

Ginza in my other experiences have all been over 5/10.
if 5/10 is your average, then either i have high standards, or you have low standards. I think Ginza is normally quite good - usually different levels of good. As mentioned, she wasnt terrible, but worst ginza experience.

You really can't get over the 15mins late thing lol. Reception have nicely let you in to the room to wait instead of in the waiting room.

You must be one lucky man if a 5/10 is your worst experience. I would rate my worst as a 2 or 3 at Ginza with princess syndrome, but it comes with the territory with trying out new or inexperienced girls. As for being late, once again you must be lucky or new to Ginza if you only had to wait 15 min this one time. The place gets busy depending on what time you go. My mate and I have waited upto 30 min a small handful of times during busier times in the evening. A lot of the times at least 5 to 10 min wait either in the room or at the waiting room. As long as it doesn't cut into my 30-60min booking I personally don't see it as a big deal as I've had WLs cut my sessions short in other low quality shops and privates.

15 minutes is actually the longest I've had to wait at ginza. Usually it's less than 10ish
As for your 2-3 rating. Wow !
I do hold Ginza to a higher standard and that's a great way to look at it.
