I am getting jaded by the 99.99% of girls who I see and know for certain they're just shaking hands (your phrase) waiting for me to get my rocks off, and they have another booking waiting outside in the next 5 to 10 minutes, and she will do the same for him, and the guy after that, and the 5 or 8 after them.

It must take a stronger and more minded man than me to switch off thinking of the reality that the hour you paid for is pure performance.
