Women are attracted to social status.
Indian men are bottom of the totem pole. It is the female natural reaction to be disgusted when having sex with a low quality man as getting pregnant would mean a waste of genes and time.

I realised that most of my experiences with J girls were with those that weren't working 12+ hours a day 7 days a week.

I totally agree with this comment. I'm of the older generation so I'm not ever going to be a Brad or Chris, but I am going there to have my ego and my knob stroked and to enjoy my time with the girl. I'm not sure about the analogy with dentists. When I go to see my dentist, I don't judge them about giving me any feelings of pleasure, or how the dentist feels about performing her job. Certainly, my dentist does not resent me as her patient or see me as just another few hundred (or thousand) dollars earned. My dentist is proud of what she does as a profession.
