Maybe this is what people have to start doing at T5 to make sure they don't get their time wasted.

Can't imagine how many hours upon hours of punters time has been wasted because this shop has never worked out how to do bookings properly.

My personal time well over 5 hours wasted at the previous shop.

Maybe it's time to start doing things that waste the shops time and the shops money, so they get the message, our time is equally as valuable as their time.

So far at new shops personally haven't had an issue, but seems to be still be an issue in general, sometimes only way people learn the pain of wasted time, is to start wasting their time.

Must admit that this has never happened to me at any shop. Always book in advance and confirm the booking. Once there was a double booking with my regular but she message the other punter and let him know that his booking must be moved or cancelled.

So probably best for me to wait and see before messing around

15 minutes i was left there and ive seen chaos. punters in and out. heard conversations MLs dont know each other, seen MLs grabing her stomach coming out of the room. maybe shes hungry or been stabbed inside who knows.

good side - other MLs put on smile and hug regular customers. the ML who meet me at the door let me sit inside without telling anyone that i came(a receptionist job should be). one moment at 0 minute tick, all MLs looking at the appoitment pad. heard Indian my booking with a frown face. what else, i got lot to tell.
