Can we get some more information around this? Can you get stats eg how often someone comes? Where is the data stored etc. I had thought to make a operations system integrated with a website similar to the systems you see in Japan with blogs where the ladies post selfies etc, better rosters and online bookings but got distracted with other projects and not sure anyone would use it.

Tonight have 11 girls; 2 Thai Maya and Stacie, 3 Koreans, 3 Chinese, 1 American, 1 European, 1 Aussie

Terribly sorry if the shop look like a hoarder's house, we might have gone overboard with trying to fix the place up as quick as possible.

So far we have done around $800k ish in building improvements, still waiting for final detailed numbers from the building valuer as well as business valuer.

The good news is the place look tidy now and already have many girls, 11 girls right now and 6 staffs, 15 rooms operational but not 100% how i want em to look yet. Come right now, it's steak night tonight and its already quite lively.

Yes sorry about that, we follow the same timeline we did before, usually like in our 5 shops before, first 1-3 months we focus nights first, 6pm-6am. Daytime roster still wonky and unstable, usually around months 3-6 then we focus daytime, and after 6 months it shouls be more stable

Apologies for the confusion, Its a lighthearted inside joke. A lot of generous people come visit once in a while to offer help out of kindness and refuse pay, and some of them keep making jokes they're "interns" or "volunteers". A lot of them have successful day jobs - lawyers, architects, doctors and nurses, academics, engineers, they already make a lot of money so they just help us and the girls out of kindness. Some are even previously brothel owners and managers and help do reception for free if one of us have something to do urgent during work (for example if a girl ask for help picking up bags and driving her to friend place so she can run away from a abusive partner at home)

4 of the old receptions works in Rockdale actually, 1 i have worked with on and off for 14 years, 1 for 8 years, 1 for 7 years, 1 for 5 years. The 3 new ones less than 1 year.
Girls - from the girls yesterday and friday, 1 i have worked with for 10 years, she was 18 when she first interviewed. 1 i have worked with on and off for 6 years. 3 have been for 3 years+. 1 i just met less than a year but theyve heard of me from years back. 1 completely dont know me at all.

Maybe it would be more neutral or non-biased if you ask these current ones working instead of asking those that currently works other shops?

Don't be so sceptical bro. Nurses are always doing 20 hour shifts in the ER and then on the way home drop into the local brothel to do a couple of hours of unpaid reception work. Happens everywhere.

Yeah i know right? Lol. They're not all that old lol youngest one with practicing certificate is like 29yo i think. Oldest is probably the barister, 60 yo, super sweet and kind though always helps the girls when they have any court issues. Theres so many things in here that if people were not here to witness it they would never think is possible. Craziest wildest things happen left and right so often here. Today was the craziest of all , 3 engineers at once and they didn't argue at all not even once. Just best buddies. I love it. When everyone's making good money it's just cheery all around. I remember when after covid money was hard to get, everyone bickered and fought all the time lol. Things are much more calm and happy now

Mostly aged care and other field of nurses, ER nurses would probably be too tired lol

Not everywhere i think, i've worked in around 30 brothels in sydney, in most other brothels i rarely see these happening. It really depends on the vibe of the place and the relationships the management/staffs and building/business owners build usually. In the last few places I worked i see a big difference too even when both do similar numbers of jobs a day the vibes seemed very different.
