Well, two things.

One, most of the MLs many working longer hours than her and in the industry longer, are at least showing more enthusiasm than her. If she felt she is taking on too much, cut back on the hour! After all this industry is flexible. I would rather she work half a day but feeling fresher than working 10 hours a day.


Secondly, if you are not enthusiastic about your job, at least pretend to be, this is what working in service industry all about. It’s about being professional.


And lastly, if she felt she can no longer tolerate working in this industry, GET OUT. Leave the spot for someone who wants it. Staying on is just wasting everyone’s time and money.
