I saw her a couple of months ago and like you doubted she was Japanese but whatever she seemed really nice and cute.
I thought the massage was actually quite good and none of the oil splashing you mentioned.
Not a lot of TT, but a bit. I went for the $200 BS and CBJ which I thought was expensive but I was there and I don't like haggling. She also offered me a cheaper price next time.
Anyway, I was having a good time and she offered me something extra which was really nice and I think she enjoyed it too, or at least gave me that impression.
I haven't been back to Cherry Blossum but yeah I'd consider seeing her again.
