That's a very fair point. By the way B tier is by no means bad. That's the problem with relative rankings when there's so many good options

To be fair to Miley she wasn't bad, just didn't stand out as some of the others were shining. Also probably didn't help that I saw Miley in between a les double Minami/Kaya and a session with Mio...
