I decided to check this place out for myself and have to say I’m very impressed.
It’s very clean, as you’d expect from a new shop, but it goes beyond just cleanliness. The décor of both the shop and the rooms really enhances the relaxed atmosphere and adds to the overall experience.
Despite being located on a main road, it’s surprisingly quiet inside. Once you’re in the room, it feels completely private — just you and your lady.
Before posting this review, I visited more than once to see how consistent the experience was with different ladies.
Yuki – A cute young Japanese girl with good english, nice body, and great service. One to return for.
Stella – A young Taiwanese girl. She looks around 20 but mentioned she’s a couple of years older. Slightly curvier than I’d usually go for, nice big boobs. She has a couple of restrictions, but her FS rate reflects what she offers. Overall, a fun experience.
Mimi – My favourite so far. A young Korean hottie. Her English isn’t the strongest, but that didn’t detract from the experience in any way. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, she’s heading back to Korea soon, hopefully she returns.
It also seems like there are new additions to the roster daily.

I had huge boiler suspicions when I saw the shop appear with no info but I decided to give it a try after Asmodeus' review.
It really doesn't feel anything like the chaos of Ipswich Road on the inside. The shop is clean and quiet with good facilities.
Saw J Maki, a very elegant looking girl with an SSDS vibe. She had a great sense of humour and the service was much higher level than I was anticipating. Would see her again in a heartbeat, and the other girls there looked worth a try too.
It was definitely a pleasant surprise to take a punt on this place, it seems like a good new contender for the area.
Great new shop and have visited four times in the past week. The owner genuinely cares about providing a quality experience and has been very helpful in regards to my enquiries.

Visited yesterday, took up the offer of an hour for $60 (runs out in 2 days!) with Ruby. Excellent establishment - really quiet, nice and clean. Parking and entry at the rear is excellent. The guy running it is super friendly and Ruby spoke highly of him. Ruby is as described above - cute, very slim (but not unhealthy looking at all), happy and very chatty. Not sure about the rest of you, but I love a bubbly, chatty lady - helps me feel at ease. The massage was excellent, best I've had in a long time. I usually only opt for half hour visits when I go to a shop, but never again - the extra time with a girl who knows how to rub you down is just incredible. NHJ was nice and as expected, followed by some more massage and chatting. It was a really nice experience and I left feeling fully refreshed and relaxed. I will definitely come back here, in fact it might become my new favourite.
