It has no real meaning other than extras are possible in addition to what you paid upfront.
Open minded can range from nude HJ in the last 15 minutes of an hour's massage, all the way to FS.
Problem is as discussed many times here, that ML become very expensive when you pay too much for a bit of extras only in the last part of your booking.
WL in all cases are better economy than ML. With WL, nude from the first minute and no negotiations required at more $$$$$$.

In general, andrewv yes. And I agree that WLs are better value than MLs. However, there are exceptions that are sometime very satisfying. I find that if I ask on the phone whether a ML is open minded and how much I should expect to pay then it’s all upfront and comparable in price to visiting a brothel. Most often the receptionist will reply “ask the girl in the room.” But not always. Sometimes they give you all the information you need. There are several massage shops in Mascot where this applies.
As far as I know, there's only 1 shop that doesn't follow the standard definition of "open minded". It's a shop where the owner doesn't allow FS on premise. Go figure.

The other shop is OK if they now fall in-line with our lingo. But any shop that advertises "Open Minded" yet bans FS on premise should be boycotted IMO. They're literally shitting on standards that we have set as a collective, punters and puntee alike. That term is not for them to use freely as they like just to lure in business.
