When you highlighted this to us on WeChat after you had left the store, the boss spoke to Kathy who advised that when she asked what extras you'd like, you advised "I have to go to work I don't do that kind of thing", so it seems she misunderstood that you didn't want any extras at all. She is an experienced provider and is aware that the shop fee includes NHJ. She also mentioned in the session you kept praising her massage and how good it was.

We spoke to you on WeChat and advised we were happy to refund half the shop fee for your experience and you could pick this up from the shop the following day, or use it as a credit to another booking, a girl of your choosing or one that the boss himself recommends. We haven't had any other negative feedback at all for Kathy but appreciate your feedback and have taken it on board.
