Have different observation as there are a lots of new shops opened in city and suburbs in past 6 months Very high % owners of these new shops are not of CAUC background. These owners may more incline to advertise with the ethnic media and/ or go online..

For sure the market is very competitive, business still quite profitable however, assume rent outgoing is not that high.. .

Anyway shop owner should work hard to enhance services level/ qualities rather than relying on hyped write up or hollow type promotional writing. . Recent example 107 quay street stop roster of one of Stanmore girl promoted by a particular member with that particular thread caused some disturbance. (hopefully the girl is not victimized after the writer disclosed her name used at 107 as defence)
