I was offered, funnily enough, by a Korean girl not too long ago, but declined. She was peeved when I said that it was dangerous lol

After that I wasn't directly offered but talking to a Japanese WL I learned that she offered it. She said that most customers who take the offer are Chinese, so I suspect if you are not Asian you are unlikely to be offered. Maybe the girls are afraid you are going to complain to the shop. But they shouldn't, it happens at all major shops and they don't care. The standard rate seems to be $200 CIP.
