The old ones you can tip what ever you like, not that you will like them anyway.
There is a few what I call the "Base Team" Luke Jackie, Vicky, Icy, Eva, they are all not bad and has been there for a while. You can still get away with the 30/50 tips.
Then there is than new punch of young gals, Tiffany, Yoko, Amanda...... They are surly (Just guessing and unconfirmed) want an arm an leg for FS. You may be able to get away with the $30 tip for nude HJ but there isn't much fun cos they don't have the service level of the "Base Team" I mentioned above.
