Recently lost 12% of my body weight and am getting treated a bit differently. How much do you think looks, smell and presentation play a role in what service you receive from an ml?

It is part of the overall package.
Still if you look good, smell good and present well, it doesn’t matter if you come across as needy, weak and insecure you may as well have walked in wearing a black bag and stinking like cat dung

If you walk in at age 75 and come across as assured, focused and with a clear goal, it’s so much better than walking in as a 30yo with you head drooped, shoulders sagged and mumbling incoherently.

Wait until you find out that some even talk about their wife and children to these girls, going to lengths to have a friendship with these girls.

Cant get much lower than cheating on your wife while also sharing things about your wife and kids with the ML.

Yes indeed and Thai girls are particularly good at doing this. Sometimes it's part of the GFE to give you the impression that you are more special than the other guys she sees and it works a treat. Some girls just have a big mouth and are just plain stupid with no idea of the ramifications.
I don't think some of them realise that some of these customers are also building up a data base on them. I suppose it's always good to have a supply of dry powder in case the s@*t hits the fan with a reg girl.

Fair enough - can’t blame a punter for presenting himself well to see an M/L.

The key point is that it’s not worth going out of your way and spending much time and effort just to please the M/Ls on this, whose primary intention is to take money from your pocket into hers.
