I have trouble adding this shop on wechat as well. It always says contact not found. Even with their QR code

Can make a booking this way, or Via normal Text.

I managed to get them in Line - did you have to initiate the chat for them to send you the roster?

I initiated the Chat. Line use to have a Facility to show Daily Rosters, but now cannot.
The only thing I've noticed with other Stores also though, if they have too many Contact methods, messages get missed / not checked.
Particularly , when they're Busy.
Best to check with the Shop.
Probably depends on how Prompt you expect a Reply.
Japanese and Thai like using Line quite often, but WeChat has the ability to still show Roster updates.
