Having no ARs is just a good indication that you a loafer and give nothing other than pain to people just enjoying themselves.

Well it definitely happens. Not current but I’ve had ‘special’ bookings with Ginza girls in the past even tho they’re not on the roster.
I think it’s more about building that rapport and relationship with the WL as opposed to being favoured by reception.
Disclaimer: just my experience
People are getting a little sensitive here. Plenty of fish especially given the large roster at Ginza. Others should take one for the team and book a girl not ARed and write one instead of focusing on all the ones that have had ARs. I get people are risk adverse and want a sure fire thing with already reviewed girls but you can't really go wrong with any of them at Ginza.

Relax… I bet most customers don't even know the existence of this website. The Chinese have their own, and I guess we English speakers are just the minority here. Better to help each other out than fight.
Also it's only normal customers who spend more money get preferential treatment.

TBF to all involved, from day 1 for me at Ginza in Sep 24, Tony, Mark, Wilson and crew have treated me like royalty and no I did not see Ice or the perfect Asahi but I had many opportunities to be with Mio and others now "unobtainable". 2nd day there after seeing elfish stunner Misa and glamour J Honoka, I was offered a chance to see Rebecca and sent my uncle in instead (I am losing on this one)... but I saw a very stunning C girl Domino (I Mean a 10/10 girl) and then crazy J Olive... no losing at Ginza for me... 70 plus lasses a week vs maybe 10 top notch privates a week in WA or SA where I hang.... think about that...
Please understand this is marketing (try buying a Porsche GT3 s/c convertible without a few $M spent in 10 years on special cars etc) and partly trying to keep the top 10% of clients happy because they are 90% of your vig.
I met K IU, the REAL K IU a few times socially at the water bottle or reception and chatted... nice girl, plain, not my type at all but I taunted the reception boys who proudly told this old white lad "Asian only"... 5 fucks not given because the lady is a beauty and knows who treats her well (tips, $, easy lays etc)
no biggie... I saw Chaerin, Ari, Jane, Hazel, Zoe (looker), Sweety, Cici, Vivi, Cindy, the GOAT AYA , Ohka, Chako, Kaya etc instead and won
go for what is for you and forget the EDs of the world... he is a really nice old cnut and spends big $ with a smile on his face and deserves every break he gets
