I've used Witopia VPN for decades. Have it on my computers (runs 24/7/365), android mobile, and AX3000 travel router. Can set up a favorite list, click on and off, couple of clicks to change location, kill switch, and allows split tunneling (certain apps use, others don't). Not free, but you get what you pay for, and they are quick to respond to questions. I've used it so long, I buy the multi-year license option. It's fast enough for my use, and I, as many would know here, use a computer frequently, even when I'm not sitting in front of it.

Personally, I don't bother with split tunneling. Just easier to toggle on/off if I hit a site that complains (or just switch to a vpn server in the country, e.g. Sydney Australia). Some sites use VPN detection; using lesser known servers helps.
Questions, DM me.
