Fake or representative photos rather than genuine photos are quite standard for many shops/girls, obviously for privacy reasons.

This is an industry wide problem not restricted to shops. E&B as well as others all have a verification process which is not worth a pinch of the proverbial. My only solution is to walk or ignore the photos and make a decision based on reviews....which is of course why reviews, even very short ones, are so very useful.
