Hmm, your theory might work well with wine business lol! But with MLs, mature ones tends to be like an employee having years of experience on the same and taking things for granted, thus lacking in effort area. Where as, young less experience employee tends to be jumping up/down with efforts, while trying to prove a point...at the end of this chain, a punter like me rips the benefit.
P.s, So please suggest me young under 23years old ones ;-))
