Depends on the regular, but yeah, sometimes they will meet you with a hug and a grope. Sometimes you start with the ending and finish with the massage. Sometimes they're horny and make it obvious. Sometimes it has been a slow day and they want that cash and might try to upsell you if you don't normally ask for top tier. Maybe you occasionally give them an extra lobster or pineapple on top of the standard fee, but not always, so they know that if they give good service they'll be rewarded.

If they are a regular and you can't read them then they are not really a regular. Or at least they are not my regular. You get to know each other and you build a relationship. It's a transactional relationship, and you need to keep that in mind and not develop feelings, but it's still a relationship.
