As others have mentioned, it's a good idea to have some cash kept somewhere outside your wallet.
Its incredibly stupid to not carry anything of value with you where ever you go in a shop.
Take it in the basket.
They could steal your drivers license, passport, credit cards etc
Something with your home address for blackmail.

There have been plenty of payid scams done with mls who get nothing. Cash is king.
I would always carry $300 plus shop fee with a couple of $5 and $10 notes to assure you dont have to worry about change.
Why $300? well some magic doors can be opened at that level. Or some that won’t at $250 who think they are worth more than $250 suddenly feel special enough at $300. Or for unprotected services if available at a higher price or if she will wash you car afterwards, who knows?
