I don't remember seeing the shop comment in any complaint threads, maybe before my time ?

Yeah, my bad, the shop didn't comment directly. There was a complaint thread started by 'tiny dancer' back in July last year. It's now closed, but the final post was this one posted by Aus99 Moderator:
