Everyone knows that reviews are like photos: fake, photo-shopped, accurate. But even an accurate, unbiased review is still ONE person's OPINION. You may, or may not agree. Only way to know for sure is for you to try. You don't like, fine, your opinion. No more, no less, valid than someone else's.

5. In the end, instead of pointing the finger at customers, maybe mama-san should look at making the prices more reasonable and improving the quality of the service. That would probably stop so many people from being unhappy in the first place.

WTF? I don’t get what all the drama’s about.
