Is Totonou Japanese Head Spa and Beauty a different business?

I'm not sure. I walked past 380 Sussex recently and noticed the signs up for Totonou at the same place where Tokio Studio used to be. It had all the appearance of a newly opened place. I then looked up the Totonou website. There seem to be quite a few head spas opening recently, and their advertised prices seem ridiculously expensive, perhaps because they are aimed at a female market.

Who have you seen to make you think it is over priced?

I just wanted nicer premises for a change so have been going to Sussex Star a bit more as nicer facilities.

I just walked past and did not go in. When I looked up the Totonou website and saw the base prices, I was glad that I kept walking.

I can confirm that Totonou Headspa has replaced Tokio Studio. It is located at Unit 4, Level 2, 380 Sussex Street, which was the address of Tokio Studio.

You are welcome to go there and see whether the head massage applies to the head at the end of your penis as well as the head attached to the top of your body.

PS: I just checked Totonou's instagram page. It states "kindly keep underwear on at all times". So I guess it is only the head at the top of your body that gets massaged.

Correct. The post above yours is not correct. Both shops coexist. However Tokio is a fraction of what it use to be.

Do you mean that both Totonou Head Spa and Tokio Studio share the same address, Unit 4 Level 2, 380 Sussex street? Have you been to that address and seen both shops in operation at that ? Or do they operate at different times. like Level 1, 599 George Street?
