That is what has been on my mind too. We get on so well with Isis online that the male female thing seems to recede into the background. ("Dirty" uncle Ah Lungor tries to keep us grounded though!) Being carnal with Isis may somehow feel like an undermining of this online relationship. It is unprecendented to have such extended intercourse with a WL without having ever met her in person. Eureka is the exception here, in fact he has hinted above that he has seen Isis several times. Perhaps he can offer advice about this dilemma? I do note that he has had difficulty reviewing Isis after his first one, and he is a very good reviewer, so the same thing must be on his mind too.
