Don't fight it Isis, stay in bed. You have to get enough sleep otherwise it affects how you feel all day. Self-imposed jet lag.
I am as much a night person (I rise no earlier than 10am) as you are a morning person - I'm a grump for the first hour except if there is no-one there for me to be grumpy towards. I just need time to boot up without also having to entertain someone!

Good advise Sextus. It is a little challenging trying to adjust. When my eyes open in the morning I feel like I've gotta get up, or I'll miss out on something, or I should be doing something! Even if I've only had a few hours sleep

I'd probably wake up grumpy too but my first sight in the morning is my beautiful cat lying next to me. Then I just feel a whole lotta love. Hmmmm...maybe I need to get a few cat napping tips off him coz he sleeps about 19hrs a day!!
